El estudio revela un gasto mediano anual de 67,76\u20ac por persona al a\u00f1o y un ticket medio de 13,44\u20ac por visita.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta inclinaci\u00f3n se acent\u00faa especialmente en comunidades como Madrid, Canarias y Castilla-La Mancha, donde la r\u00e1pida y c\u00f3moda soluci\u00f3n que representa el fast food ha alcanzado tasas de penetraci\u00f3n cercanas al 75%. En contraste, Cantabria, La Rioja y el Pa\u00eds Vasco se mantienen algo m\u00e1s reticentes, con una aceptaci\u00f3n que var\u00eda entre el 57% y el 63%. <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/gonzalo-serrano-conde-869389131\/\">Gonzalo Serrano<\/a>,<\/span> director de operaciones de OpenInsights menciona que \u201cse puede observar la variabilidad en la aceptaci\u00f3n de la comida r\u00e1pida entre comunidades, lo que sugiere la necesidad de adaptar estrategias regionales seg\u00fan las preferencias locales, reflejando as\u00ed el potencial de este tipo de datos para el entendimiento de mercado y definici\u00f3n de estrategias comerciales\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La divisi\u00f3n generacional tambi\u00e9n se refleja en este estudio: los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, de entre 18 y 24 a\u00f1os, lideran el consumo con un gasto medio anual que supera los 77\u20ac, una cifra que casi duplica la de los mayores de 55 a\u00f1os, que se sit\u00faa en torno a los 46\u20ac.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a la diferencia entre g\u00e9neros, los hombres gastan en promedio un poco m\u00e1s que las mujeres en comida r\u00e1pida, con 71,03\u20ac frente a 60,80\u20ac respectivamente, aunque ambos sexos coinciden en un ticket medio de 13\u20ac.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centrando la lente en las grandes cadenas, McDonald&#8217;s emerge como la favorita en cuanto a fidelidad y frecuencia, con m\u00e1s de un cuarto de sus clientes repitiendo m\u00e1s de tres veces al a\u00f1o, una lealtad que no se observa en la misma medida en Burger King, Telepizza y Domino&#8217;s.<\/span><\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-82432\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fintonic.com\/blog\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Cliente_compartido_240308-300x220.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fintonic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Cliente_compartido_240308-300x220.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fintonic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Cliente_compartido_240308-768x563.png 768w, https:\/\/www.fintonic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Cliente_compartido_240308-585x429.png 585w, https:\/\/www.fintonic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Cliente_compartido_240308.png 852w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como se puede ver en la infograf\u00eda que describe clientes compartidos, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se aprecia un intercambio de clientes particularmente destacado entre gigantes de la hamburguesa, donde Burger King ve que un 72.9% de su clientela tambi\u00e9n visita McDonald&#8217;s. Por su parte, McDonald&#8217;s comparte un 36.9% de sus clientes con Burger King. En el \u00e1mbito de las pizzas, el panorama muestra un trasvase menos pronunciado: el 23.6% de los clientes de Domino&#8217;s tambi\u00e9n disfrutaron de Telepizza, y un 20.4% de los usuarios de Telepizza optaron por Domino&#8217;s.
